My home:
A small, but sunny and central apartment in the middle of Tromsø city centre. Wonderful view of the city, the fjord and the mountains that surrounds the island Tromsø. Refurbished 1 bedroom-apartment, in a wooden, charming traditional Norwegian house. Friendly neighbors. Wooden floors, big windows. Retro-chic furniture. Spacious living-room (including sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed). 1 bedroom with 120 cm bed. Small bathroom and kitchen - but fully equipped. No dishwasher. Wahing-machine + tumble-dryer shared with 2 neighbors.

Tromsø:
Tromsø is known for the midnight sun in the summertime (the sun never sets) and polar nights in the winter (dark periode, where the sun never rises, but you can se the starts, the moon and the aurora borealis/northern lights).

Tromsø is surrounded by magnifcent nature, steep mountains and arctic ocean, just minutes away. If you like hiking, fishing, whale-watching, bird-watching, scubadiving, paragliding etc - this is the place! Tromsø is also a very social city, with lots of restaurants, bars, café and shops, all withing 5 min walking distance from the apartment. There is a univesity here, many young people - very social and friendly place.

We are a married couple, both artists/ musicians - that likes to travel and meet friendly people. We would like to swap apartments for a periode of time between 2 weeks to 2 months. Especially interested in Japan, but we're open to other places as well!
