Description

Nice area with walking distance to town centre and to lake/beach. Karlstad is right in between Stockholm, Oslo and Gothenburg. We also have mountain cottages in Norway and Sweden, which gives you a good opportunity to see a lot of the countries.
A very good chance to combine city and out-door.
We are a teacher couple in the 60s and we are experienced exchangers.
