My apartment is available for two weeks this summer. My dates are flexible, but only before July 12 and after August 9.

The 25 sq meters, 5th floor studio is quiet, bright, very sunny, ideal for a coupe or a single. Very cosy ! It's a typical 19th century Paris building and neighorhood. The apartement is a room with parquet/wooden floor, plus a separate kitchen.and a separate bathroom, 4 large windows, closet, shelves, a large flat tv screen with cable connection, wireless internet, a microwave oven, expresso coffee maker, laundry machine (washer and dryer). The apartment is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has sheets and towels.


The apartment is located in a residential, safe, very quiet neighborhood in Central Paris, in the 9th district, very close to 2th district. Walking distance to the Louvre, the Seine river, Notre Dame Cathedrale, the Marais, Champs Elysées, Concorde, Montmartre.

Subway transportation is available. The closest station (Grands Boulevards) is only 30 seconds walk from my building. The closest lines are 9 (Republique, Champs Elysees, Trocadero) and 8 (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Concorde, Madeleine, Opera, Republique, Bastille). For subway information : www.ratp.fr

And you should try Velib, the use-as-you-need bike service. There is a Velib station in my street.

There are many typical restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, grocery stores, supermarkets, shops (waling distance to Galeries Lafayette and Grands Magasins neighborhood), post office, bookstores... everything you can need in a walking distance.
