On the first floor, a big bed-room (25sqm) with kingsize bed, small bath-room, clothes washer/dryer, wall cupboards. There is a second small bed room on the ground floor which is en suite with the lounge, and used as TV room .

The neighbourhood is starting to be very trendy, but remains very popular at the same time.
Very near Moulin Rouge and all the big night clubs of Paris : la Loco, Folies Pigalle, etc. . .
One of the best places to live in Paris, if you seek real popular Parisian atmosphere.

The People
I'm Patrick, 61, single , artist, and director of public art school in Paris ( http://www.ensad.fr, part of the french ministry of culture).
I live and travel with Julian, 38, Briton. He works at the British Institute, he speaks fluent english, french, spanish and italian; Jacques, 75, a retired art book editor, a friend of ours, travels regularly with us.
