The cottage is situated in an area called Fageråsen about 10 kilometres north of Trysil. The cottage is 850 meters above sea level and you have a wonderful view over the surrounding mountains from the windows. In the cottage, which is 85 sq. meters, you will find 4 beds. There are two bathrooms. In one of them there is a bubble-jet bath, a shower and a toilet. In the other one there is a sauna bath, a shower, a toilet and also a washing machine. Both of them have floor heating.
The kitchen has a cooker, an oven, a micro wave oven, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge/ freezer, a dishwashing machine and all other equipment you need for preparing your food and serving it.
In the big living room you will find a dinner table for 8 people, a big sofa, armchairs, a writing desk, an open fire place, a radio, cd, DVD and a television set with Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German and English channels,.
The entrance hall has floor heating and dries your wet clothes over night when doors are closed.
Outside on the wall next to the entrance door you will find a socket that can be used for preheating your car engine. It is possible to drive right up to the entrance door.
There is also a terrace under roof.
1,5 km from the house there are a little shop and heated outdoor swimming pool. 10 km away you find a small town called Trysil where you can find food store, restaurants, pubs, bank, post office, souvenir shops, tourist office and many other shops. Pass Trysil runs a river which gives you a lot of water-activities.
From the cottage you can walk right out on to the mountain and close to the cottage you can go swimming, go fishing, go biking, go riding, go canoeing, go rafting, go climbing, play golf and tennis and much more.

We are two teachers around the 60’s in Karlstad, Sweden, who would very much like to exchange with you next summer.
Earlier we made exchanges with Paris twice, Cork (Ireland), Prague, San Francisco, Bergamo (Italy), Bruges (Belgium), Berlin, Lyon, Provence and Amsterdam.
